Here are the meanings of some of our stones and charms...

Stones

Amethyst is a meditative and calming stone which works in the emotional, spiritual, and physical planes to promote calm, balance, and peace. It is also used to eliminate impatience.

No matter how busy you are with your career or personal life, Jade will keep everything in check and give you the support that you need to fulfill your different roles. White Jade is known to make you feel calm and peaceful and also brings harmony and luck.

Onyx can open the chakras and allow the better flow of positive energies. When there’s a healthy flow of energies, you will feel lighter, more vibrant, and more energetic.

Howlite is a calming stone which can aid in sleeping, calming an overactive mind and also stress relief. Physically, it calms the body and helps release tension. It's also said to reduce pain brought on from stress.

The blue Agate is a stone of encouragement and support. Its circular flowing energy calms, uplifts and elevates and is a stone of communication, helping those who have difficulty being heard by others, or who need confidence and articulation to share their truths.

If you're drawn to Hematite, it could be a sign that you're in need of grounding and balancing in your life. As soon as the Hematite crystal stone touches the skin, you'll feel more centered and calm with its intense but subtle vibrations.

Called the Stone of Courage and the Stone of Truth, Amazonite is a fantastic energy filter. This stone can be very beneficial to you, especially if you use the computer, tablet, cellphone, or microwave oven a lot. These things are filled with electromagnetic smog, and amazonite can help cleanse your aura of this smog. It will also work on calming all your chakras. Not only that, it will help you balance your masculine and feminine energies so that you will be able to utilize them in the most positive way. This stone will make sure that your yin and yang energies are in harmony as well.

 

Picture Jasper is a protective and nurturing stone that will bring you comfort during your low days. It will also alleviate your fears and remove your worries and enhance your creativity and boost your visualization skills.

 

Smoky Quartz was known as a Stone of Power. The Sodalite meaning is all about logic, truth and inner peace. Sodalite properties are deeply connected to the heart, which is also a big part of its meaning. This connection with the heart imparts a calming effect that makes it easier to attain inner peace.

Labradorites' energies can give you a sense of purposefulness and will help you develop new ideas or find joy and enthusiasm in what you are doing. Labradorite is also a stone of magic that can awaken your magical, mystical, or psychic abilities. It will clear your aura and seal it to prevent the good energy from leaking.

Charms

Eternal / Mystic / Infinity Knot

 

This knot symbolizes a happy and long life full of good fortune. Being a combination of six times the infinity symbol, it's also referred to as the endless knot indicating no beginning and no ending. In feng shui, it’s used to represent a harmonious flow and used to encourage longevity and prosperity. It's also commonly used as a symbol of everlasting love.

Tree of Life

The “Tree of Life” symbolism has a long history, crossing many cultures and here are just three. It’s a symbol of family and connection to your ancestors, symbolizing the generations; a tree sprouts from a seed, grows and branches out, sees how far it can go, and then creates a new fruit that gives life to the next generation, to begin anew.

It’s a symbol of growth and strength. In the fall, trees lose their leaves and enter a hibernation-like state for a few months, but in the spring, the tree sprouts tiny buds, bursting with dramatic blooms and leaves and is born again and in this way, the Tree of Life is a symbol of a fresh start on life, positive energy, good health, a bright future, greater knowledge and new experiences.

Dragonfly – the wings of change

The dragonfly has been a subject of intrigue in every single continent and with each civilization, has developed a unique meaning to it, its behaviour and its lifestyle. The dragonfly, in almost every part of the world symbolizes change and change in the perspective of self-realization and the kind of change that has its source in mental and emotional maturity and the understanding of the deeper meaning of life.


To the Japanese, the dragonfly symbolizes admiration and respect, so much so that the Samurai use it as a symbol of power and agility. In China, people associate the dragonfly with prosperity, harmony and as a good luck charm, and amongst the native Americans, it’s a sign of happiness, speed and purity.

Chinese Coin

The Chinese coin has Chinese characters on both sides; one side meaning 'travel and return home safely', and the other meaning 'longevity and wealth'.

Butterfly

To Native Americans, the butterfly is a symbol of change, joy and colour as they're deep and powerful representations of life, and in many other cultures, the butterfly is associated with our souls, and people around the world view the butterfly

as representing endurance, change, hope, and life.

Yoga Hamsa Hand and Evil Eye 

This symbol appears as the palm of a hand, and the "hamsa" is a popular symbol in many cultures and religions. These cultures believe that the symbol (depicted by a right hand with an open palm or a hand with two open thumbs) is a sign of protection and the word “hamsa” is derived from the five fingers on the hand and is often decorated with the “evil eye” which is thought to ward off any harm or danger.
